Definition: Terms of Service are a set of rules which the user (person signing up to use the Astral Hearts website including reading and posting profiles) must agree to in order to use the services provided by Astral Hearts including the AstralHearts.com website.

You may:

+ Read and Search our profiles, respond to the profiles, post your own profile

As long as you:

+ Take responsibility for the profiles you post - we only host your profile
+ Take responsibility for your own safety
+ Are civil and kind and do not harass other users
+ Engage in Lawful Behavior
+ Do not harm our infrastructure (website, servers, apps)

We do not have an editorial roll:

Because Astral Hearts profiles are posted by users we do not take an editorial roll. We generally do not monitor or edit the profiles users post nor do we take any responsibility for the content of the profiles users post. We do not endorse the opinions expressed in users profiles nor do we represent or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy or reliability of any of the users profiles. We simply provide a platform for people to post their own profiles.

You are responsible for your own actions:

You are legally responsible for the profiles you place on Astral Hearts so for your own protection you should exersize caution and avoid contributing any content or profiles that may result in criminal or civil liability under any applicable laws. For clarity, applicable law includes at least the laws of the United States of America.

Because our services are available anywhere internet services are available the personal information we collect is stored and processed in the United States of America. By using Astral Hearts you consent to the collection and storage of your information on servers located in the United States of America.
